- 6.O RECOMMENDATION <br />� � 5 6.1 Based on the comments and tindings outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, Planning <br />� 1 s Division staff recommends REZO1v�tvG the parcels at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and 2167 <br />� � � Lexington Avenue to PUD from R-1 and B-3, respectively. A draft rezoning ordinance is <br />1 13 included with this staff report as Attachment F. <br />� �� 6.2 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of this report, Planning <br />� 2o Division staff recommends approving the F�1vAL PUD plans and the PUD AGREEIVtEtvT <br />� 2 i pertaining to the proposed development of the parcels at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and 2167 <br />� 2z Lexington Avenue and establishing the zoning requirements governing future use and <br />� 2'; redevelopment of the site, subject to the following condition: <br />� za a. The applicant shall submit a site plan illustrating and identifying the approved <br />� 2s PUD zoning district standards consistent with the architectural site plan dated <br />� 26 June 18, 2009 for inclusion in the PUD Agreement as Exhibit A. <br />127 7.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />� 2� 7.1 Pass an ordinance [tEZON�1vG the parcels at 1126 Sandhurst Drive and 2167 Lexington <br />�2� Avenue to PUD from R-1 and B-3, respectively, as discussed in Sections 4-5 of this <br />13o report. <br />� 3� 7.2 By motion, approve the F�1vAl.
