'The proposed development plan includes the tear-down of the existing 4,OOOSF TCF Bank building <br />and drive-thru and the redevelopment of the site as a new approximately 11,300 single story, commercial <br />building. The adjacent residence at 1126 Sandhurst is being acquired in order to provide sufficient <br />parking for the project. The proposed site pian reflects the building in the southeast corner of the site, <br />closest to the Lexington and the County Road B intersection. The parking lot acts as a buffer from the <br />residences alang Sandhurst Avenue. Traffte flow in the parking lot is controlled through the use of <br />parking islands and tandscaping.
