7.O STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />7.1 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5 and 6 of this report, the <br />Planning Division recommends approval of the proposed �tvTEx[[vt usE to allow the <br />temporary library facility at 2680 Arthur Street, pursuant to § 1012.09 (Interim Uses) of <br />the Roseville City Code subject to the following conditions: <br />a <br />b. <br />The applicant shall work with staff to resolve any problems related to the <br />unenclosed trash and recycling containers as they arise; <br />The applicant shall work with staff to determine a suitable location for a return <br />book drop box; and <br />c. The cNTE[t[1�t usE shall be discontinued at the end of December 31, 2010.
