The
proposed EagleCrest Terrace facility was idenHfied by T-Mobile as a vitel Siu necessary to meet the increasing
customer demands in the vicinity of Snelling Avenue and the surrounding neighborhood5.
A Cell Site is typically located on an ecisting structure (in this case, a multiple story residenual building) t6at will
provide the necessary height for edequate propagation of the signal to reac6 the rorgeted needs aroas. At EagleCrest,
the following equipment will need to be placed in order to meet system requ'vemenu:
. Three (3) panel antennas mounted in a three (3) sector arrangement. As proposed, two (2) of the antennas
would be mounted to pipes aod located on the existing false fepade of the building as depicted on the attached
plen set and photo simulauon. The third antenna would be located on the proposed equipment platform and
face west off of the roof.
. EquipmeM necessary for the opeiadon of the Site would be locted on a] 0' x 20' raised platform located on the
back pofion of the roof as depicted on the plan set. T-Mobile is proposing ro incorporate a screenwall on the
platfottn to provide screening of the equipmen[.
'Ihe proposed design of this instellation would appear to have no ePfects on the exisdng PUD or operation of the
EagleCrest Terrace faciliry.
