That there be strong architectural continuity for the <br />entire project. Staff should reviev all future developmeht <br />to insure that continuity is maintainad. <br />19. That the final exterior materials and colors be su2�mitted <br />for Council consideration as part of the final development <br />plan. <br />20. That progress be demonstrated on correction to the soil <br />erosion problems adjacent to the main campus as part of the <br />final PUD plan approval. <br />zl. That the approvals are continqent upon submittal of the <br />comprehensive plan amendment to the Metropolitan Council. <br />22. That the final development plan be consistent with the <br />plans submitted to the City Council which includes the <br />revised independent livinq building vith a total height of <br />69 feet and 132 dwelling units. <br />The City Council also authorized staff to neqotiate a Development <br />Agreement concerning the use of TIF funds which include the <br />following: <br />1. That there be a pay-as-you-go deal with no up front City <br />funding. <br />2. That the developer will reimburse the City for any LGA and <br />HACA penalties. <br />3. That the property will remain taxable for a minimum of <br />forty (40) years. <br />4. That the length of tax increment assistance will not exceed <br />fifteen (15) years• <br />
