Facility March 6, 2009 <br />Roseville, MN <br />Petroleum Storage <br />Bulk petroleum storage areas will be constructed to applicable State <br />and local standards, including secondary containment where needed. <br />Bituminous Roadways provides training to its employees regarding <br />petroleum storage and handling. The company is making a significant <br />long term investment with this new facility and is committed to <br />preventing pollution of its site. <br />6. Compatibility with City's Comprehensive Plan <br />The property is guided Industrial. The comprehensive plan designation <br />states: "Industrial deals with showrooms, warehousing, laboratories, <br />manufacturing uses and related office uses, and truck/transportation <br />terminals (I-2 Zone Only)". <br />This use is consistent with the above statement. <br />Bituminous Roadways is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen of <br />Roseville and a good neighbor to surrounding properties.
