Impact on the general public health, safety, and welfare: The proposed <br />outdoor storage of materials will negatively impact the general public, <br />safety, and welfare of the public due to the quantity and type of particulate <br />matter emissions that will originate from the various outdoor storage piles <br />of rubble, asphalt millings, asphalt shingles, concrete rubble, and <br />aggregate as the emissions will spread materials known to be carcinogenic <br />to users of surrounding properties. <br />£ Compatibility with the City's Comprehensive Plan: The proposed <br />outdoor storage of materials will not be compatible with the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan due to the quantity and type of particulate matter <br />emissions that will originate from the various outdoor storage piles of <br />rubble, asphalt millings, asphalt shingles, concrete rubble, and aggregate <br />as allowing these emissions will not be consistent with the following goals <br />as established by the 2030 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Roseville: <br />� <br />ii. <br />Land Use Goal #4. Protect, improve, and expand the <br />community's natural amenities and environmental quality. <br />Economic Development and Redevelopment Goal #6. Integrate <br />environmental stewardship practices to commercial development. <br />iii. Environmental Protection Goal #1. Protect, preserve, and <br />enhance Roseville's water, land, air, and wildlife resources for <br />current and future generations. <br />iv. Environmental Protection Goal #5.
