Part of this property is currently being <br />23 used for semi trailer parking, and the remainder of the site remains vacant. <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />The application for the cotvD�T�otvA� usE was originally submitted on March 6, 2009. The <br />request was have to have outdoor storage of several piles comprising of rubble, asphalt millings, <br />asphalt shingles, concrete rubble, and aggregate material that will be utilized as part of <br />Bituminous Roadway's proposed asphalt plant at 2280 Walnut Street. At that time, it was <br />presumed that the actual manufacturing of asphalt was a permitted use in the I-2 Zoning District. <br />Staff, along with the Roseville Planning Commission and the Roseville Public Works, <br />Environment, and Transportation Committee originally recommended approval of the <br />conditional use request subject to several conditions regarding the storage piles. <br />101129_RCA_Bituminous Roadway CU.doc <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
