The Roseville City Council further finds as follows: <br />A. The proposed asphalt plant and outdoor storage will emit toxic pollutants, <br />including carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, lead, particulate matter (including <br />particulate matter smaller than 10 microns), sulfur dioxide, and volatile organic <br />compounds, which will add to public health risks for residents, businesses, and <br />others in the surrounding community. These toxic pollutants will also heighten <br />health dangers for sensitive populations, including seniors, children, and people <br />with respiratory and other illnesses. <br />E <br />
