�� ��� <br />S(Q � <br />Conditons of approval (revised 1 /7/09) <br />The INTER�M UsE PExIvt�T only allows for the storage of up to 225 trailers on the <br />site in the locations as depicted on Attachment E of this report. As part of the <br />approval of this Interim Use Permit, the applicant agrees to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. There shall not be any truck/trailer maintenance, washing or <br />repair on the property. <br />2. Fuel tanks shall not be located on the site. <br />3. Hazardous material shall not be stored on the property. <br />4. Any paving or major maintenance of the existing parking lot <br />will require the addition of storm water best management <br />practices to meet the City's storm water quality and volume <br />reduction requirements. <br />5. The property owner shall maintain the security fence in a <br />manner that will reasonably secure the site from trespassing <br />and theft. <br />6. City sewer and water services into Cleveland Ave. from the <br />property need to be disconnected at main by June 15, 2009. <br />7. Parking of trailers should be limited to the existing areas on <br />site where there is asphalt, gravel ar concrete. <br />8. The INTEx�M UsE PExM[T shall be valid from the day after it is <br />approved by the City Council and expire two years from that <br />date. <br />
