Roseville City Hall — Willow Room 2660 Civic Center Drive Roseville, MN 55113 YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND A COMMUNITY INFORMATIONAL OPEN HOUSE! PURPOSE: Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc and Cent Ventures 2 will be holding an OPEN HOUSE to answer questions regarding the current and continued use of the property upon completion of a sale of 1.3 acres to the Metropolitan Transit Commission (" MTC"). Representatives of the Owner and Cent Ventures will be on hand to discuss the past, current and continued use of the property. The process of re-platting the parcel into 2 parcels makes it necessary that an Interim Use Permit be granted to allow the continued use of the balance of the property until a development can be realized. The meeting is informal and will be in the Willow Room of the Roseville City Hall in the lower level starting at 6 p.m. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The property is approximately 5.2 acres in size and is located on the east side of Cleveland Avenue just north of the exit from 35W (North bound) to County Road C and Cleveland. The MTC would use approximately 1.3 acres at the north east (NE) corner of the properry for a Park and Ride. The Ciry is exploring, and has completed a considerable amount of engineering for, the development of Mount Ridge Road and Twin Lakes Parkway. Mount Ridge Road is the east property boundary. In addition the City has recently approved including lona Lane in its plan for street improvements. The property has been used for trailer parking and storage as well as transfer of shipped materials. Recently the structures on the property were demolished.
