� <br />OLD DOMINION FREIGHT LINES, INC & CENT VENTURES 2 <br />NOTICE <br />2750 CLEVELAND AVENUE S. <br />COMMUNITY INFORMATIONAL OPEN HOUSE <br />Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008 — 6:00 to 8:00 p. m. <br />Roseville City Hall — Willow Room <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND A COMMUNITY INFORMATIONAL OPEN HOUSE! <br />PURPOSE: <br />Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc and Cent Ventures 2 will be holding an OPEN HOUSE to answer questions regarding the <br />current and continued use of the property upon completion of a sale of 1.3 acres to the Metropolitan Transit Commission <br />(" MTC"). <br />Representatives of the Owner and Cent Ventures will be on hand to discuss the past, current and continued use of the <br />property. The process of re-platting the parcel into 2 parcels makes it necessary that an Interim Use Permit be granted to <br />allow the continued use of the balance of the property until a development can be realized. <br />The meeting is informal and will be in the Willow Room of the Roseville City Hall in the lower level starting at 6 p.m. <br />PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: <br />The property is approximately 5.2 acres in size and is located on the east side of Cleveland Avenue just north of the exit <br />from 35W (North bound) to County Road C and Cleveland. The MTC would use approximately 1.3 acres at the north east <br />(NE) corner of the properry for a Park and Ride. The Ciry is exploring, and has completed a considerable amount of <br />engineering for, the development of Mount Ridge Road and Twin Lakes Parkway. Mount Ridge Road is the east property <br />boundary. In addition the City has recently approved including lona Lane in its plan for street improvements. <br />The property has been used for trailer parking and storage as well as transfer of shipped materials. Recently the <br />structures on the property were demolished.
