<br />4. Relocating the driveway would require the new driveway location to be approximately in <br />the center of the lot and given the location of the home, would not allow ample room to <br />properly taper the driveway to the garage. The modification would also require major <br />site work and loss of front yard area. <br /> <br />5. The proposed variance, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, safety, or <br />general welfare, provided standards/conditions are attached to insure that <br />redevelopment of the site is completed in accordance with the plans proposed by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a variance to reduce the <br />driveway access point (apron) setback from 30 feet to 21 feet (9 foot variance) for the purpose of <br />allowing the existing driveway location for property located at 373 Maple Lane Court be approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Wiski, <br />Maschka <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9658 - Page 2of2 <br />
