<br />4. In order to match correctly into the existing driveway, the access point relocation would <br />require substantial modifications to the existing driveway and front yard. <br /> <br />5. The proposed variance, if granted, will not adversely affect the public health, safety, or <br />general welfare, provided standards/conditions are attached to insure that <br />redevelopment of the site is completed in accordance with the plans proposed by the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a variance to reduce the <br />driveway access point (apron) setback from 30 feet to 19.7 feet (10.3 foot variance) for the purpose <br />of allowing the existing driveway location for property located at 3075 Woodbridge Street be <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Wiski, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mastel, Wiski, <br />Maschka <br />and the following voted against the same: none <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Resolution 9660- Page 2 of 2 <br />
