� <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />CONDITIONAL USE will not result in adverse impacts on the criteria considered in review of <br />requests for CONDITIONAL USE approval; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the proposed outdoor storage at 2931 Partridge Road as a CONDITIONAL USE in accordance <br />with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following conditions: <br />a. Buses, bulk supply bins or piles, heavy equipment, trailers, and trucks larger than <br />a"one-ton" size shall be stored behind the building on the paved areas not less <br />than 5 feet from the side and rear property lines; and <br />b. The applicant shall work with staff to arrange the parking in the paved area in <br />front of the building in a way that meets the zoning requirements for parking area <br />circulation and shall re-stripe this area to clearly indicate spaces for parking/ <br />storing vehicles up to a"one-ton" size. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, that the reduced <br />front parking area setback approved by motion of the City Council on April 22, 1991 and <br />represented in Exhibit A be recorded against the property with this resolution. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the follo�ving voted in favor: Pust, Roe, <br />Johnson, Ihlan, and Klausing; <br />and none voted against. <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
