Bryan Lloyd
From:
Sent:
To:
Cc:
Subject:
Good morning Bryan.
from yesterday.

Steve Schwanke [sschwanke@rlkinc.com]
Wednesday, January 20, 2010 8:10 AM
Bryan Lloyd
SNilsson@W elshCo.com
Re: 2931 Partridge Road
•
The following confirms our telephone conversation
Regarding fencing material, Complete Building Maintenance (CBM) commits
to installing a screening fence for that area where outdoor storage
occurs, specifically for that area west of the existing building. The
fencing will be similar to the screening fence installed at the
Carlson-LaVine property. I do ask that the City of Roseville allow
outdoor storage to occur in February, 2010 and stipulate the screening
fence be in place no later than 7uly, 2010. This will allow CBM to
close on the building, occupy the property, and then install the fence
during summer construction season.
Regarding bulk material storage bins, Mr. Nilsson commits to moving
these bins to the west side of the existing building. A specific
location has not been identified at this point. The Planning Commission
raised a question regarding storage of salt at the property. The salt
is for de-icing purposes, and is identical to salt purchased at local
hardware stores for residential use. My understanding is no more than
20 to 30 yards of material will be stored on-site at any one time, and
the salt will be covered at all times.
Regarding the entrance security fence, CBM will limit the height of the
entrance security fence to that of fencing located on the east property
berm.
I have reviewed the draft resolution you forwarded yesterday and believe
everything is in order.
Let me know of anything else Bryan and thank you for all of your
assistance during this process. Either Steve or I will attend the City
Council meeting in the event a question arises.
Thanks much.
Steve
Steve Schwanke
RLK Incorporated
Phone: (952) 933-0972
Cell: (612) 968-2586
Fax: (952) 933-1153
sschwanke@rlkinc.com
