• <br />December 31. 2009 <br />Dear Mr. Bell, <br />1=� �� <br />���. <br />�r <br />• <br />Your neighbors at 2447, 2448, 2457, 2465 & 2466 Chatsworth Street and 937, 393 & 94l <br />Brooks Avenue will receive a copy of the letter below notifying them of your plans to encroach <br />into the required side yard setback, and inviting them to participate in the public process of <br />commenting on your proposal. In case you haven't already spoken with these neighbors about <br />your plans, we encourage applicants to do so. If we receive letters, phone calls, or emails from <br />each of these households in support of your proposal, the required 10-day appeal period <br />following the decision of the Community Development Director will be eliminated; if the <br />Administrative Deviation is approved, the building inspector may then issue the necessary <br />building permit as soon as it has been approved. You are encouraged to attend the hearing, but it <br />is not required. <br />You are invited to attend and participate in an Administrative Deviation hearing on Thursday, <br />January 7, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall Hawthorne Room — in the lower level, <br />adjacent to the Engineering Department. <br />Rick Bell, 2458 Chatsworth Avenue, seeks approval of a deviation to the required setback from a <br />side property line to a garage addition which would encroach approximately 2 feet into the <br />required 5-foot setback. The enclosed site plan and building elevations illustrate the proposed <br />plans. <br />The Administrative Deviation process allows nearby property owners to comment on the <br />proposal verbally, in writing, and/or at the meeting.
