Either one of these deviations would potentially <br />be ok, but I'm concerned that doing both would obstruct the views f rom my picture window to <br />the SW. We just put new picture windows in (finished last week) to enhance our views, and <br />allowing both deviations for this project could potentially restrict my views. <br />To recap, I'm ok with his proposed deviation toward my property line, but do not support the <br />front of his house (garage) being closer to the front property line than than the other <br />houses on the block. <br />Please let me know if you have information to help clarify some of my questions. <br />If you have any questions or comments for me, please let me know.
