No communications have been <br />received since the public hearing. <br />6.2 Much of the discussion at the public hearing centered on how much latitude to allow in <br />the re-situation of the proposed tower and ground equipment if the wetland boundary <br />(which had not yet been delineated) proposed location fell within the 50-foot setback <br />from the wetland boundary. As it turns out, only a slight relocation of the facility (closer <br />to the building) was required to keep the structures outside of the wetland setback area, <br />so the revised proposal is materially consistent with the original proposal reviewed and <br />recommended for approval by the Planning Commission <br />1 G� 7.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />� c 1 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 4-6 of this report, the Planning <br />� E�4 Division recommends approval of the proposed telecommunication tower as a <br />� c5 CONDITIONAL USE, subject to the following conditions: <br />166 a.
