, . • � <br />Minnesota Irrigation <br />c/o Robert Kritta or Scott Wicklund <br />1450 County Rd C <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />1450 County Rd C OS 04 10 <br />May 4, 2010 <br />Report to Pat Trudgeon on outside stora�e issues at this site. <br />Pat, <br />Don asked me to get answers to the following questions: <br />When you take pictures of 1450 Cty Rd C for Pat: <br />- Ask the Minn Irrigation people who's landscape blocks those are (Minn Irrig or <br />Albrecht's). <br />HALF THE BLOCKS ARE ALBRECHT'S, THE OTHER HALF ARE THOSE OF MINN. <br />IRRIGATION (See photos below). <br />- Ask if all materials belong to Minn Irrigation or if Albrecht still has any <br />outside storage. <br />MUCH OF THE MATERIALS BELONG TO ALBRECHT. THESE ARE STORED ALONG THE WEST <br />SIDE OF THE LOT, AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF FENCING IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST <br />CORNER (See photos). <br />- Check if the one tree has been cut down/replaced. <br />THE TREE HAS BEEN CUT DOWN AND REMOVED (See photo). <br />Let Pat know the answers. <br />Keep in mind, you aren't there to make a determination for compliance, just to <br />gather information. <br />Thanks, Don <br />14�0 County Rd C OS 04 10 <br />
