� <br />September 28, 2010 <br />Wayne Groff <br />2218 Highway 36 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />��� <br />� <br />• <br />RE: 2218 Highway 36 minor subdivision application approval <br />Dear Mr. Groff, <br />On September 27, 2010, Roseville's City Council approved the proposed minor subdivision at <br />2218 Highway 36 as illustrated in the site plan reviewed with the application (enclosed with this <br />letter for your reference), with the condition that impervious surfaces on the middle parcel be <br />reduced to a maximum of 30% of the parcel area by July 1, 2011. <br />Please submit a final survey of the three approved parcels, along with the new legal descriptions <br />and deeds for each parcel by October 27, 2010 for review by City staff to verify that these final <br />documents are consistent with the City Council approval.
