First, the Building Official <br />pointed out that we should have a better understanding of the portion of the existing house <br />that is to be removed; if it's currently a bedroom, your proposal might be making it smaller <br />than the building code permits. If you have a floor plan, please send that to Thomas Paschke <br />(the City Planner) at thomas.paschke�aci.roseville mn us - or, if you don't have a floor plan, <br />perhaps you could just send Thomas a description of how that part of the house is to be <br />remodeled. <br />And secondly, you'll have to be sure that all of the utility services, including electric and <br />gas, are (re)located such that each parcel will have direct access (i.e., services for one <br />parcel should not pass through another parcel). This needn't be addressed before the minor <br />subdivision is approved, but it'll be a condition of the approval.
