� <br />• <br />Community Development Department <br />651-792-7074 ♦ fax:G51-792-7070 <br />June 21, 2010 <br />Ms. Ann La Fave <br />2680 Victoria Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: Administrative Deviation Approval <br />Dear Ms. La Fave, <br />As you know, your Administrative Deviation request to modify the incorrectly installed <br />driveway was reviewed last week at City Hall. <br />Members of the review committee have indicated to me that the proposal will not have any <br />adverse impacts on the factors identified for consideration in Section 1013.05 of the City Code <br />and consequently recommended approval of the Administrative Deviation. <br />However, the DRC recommended that the driveway be located three feet away from the side lot <br />line instead of the two feet you requested in order to accommodate proper snow storage on your <br />property. <br />1 concur with the committee's recommendation and have approved the requested Administrative <br />Deviation, noting that the existing incorrectly installed driveway shall be removed to a distance <br />three feet from the side property line. Our process allows for a l 0-day appeal process by adjacent <br />neighbors.
