Attachment E <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />�� of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11'h day of October 2010 at 6:00 <br />� p.m. <br />- The following Members were present: <br />; and was absent. <br />Gouncil Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />� RESOLUTION NO. <br />� A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION <br />:� MONOPOLE FACILITY ON THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY AT 2975 LONG LAKE <br />i�; ROAD AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN ACCORDANCE WITH §1014.01 OF THE <br />� ' ROSEVILLE CITY CODE (PF10-021) <br />�� <br />13 <br />i� <br />i :; <br />1 i; <br />WHEREAS, the property at 2975 Long Lake Road is owned by George C. Brandt, Inc., <br />which supports the application by T-Mobile; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as represented in Exhibit A: <br />WHEREAS, the applicant seeks to install a telecommunication monopole and ground- <br />mounted equipment on the industrial property; and <br />>> WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />i:� proposed CONDITIONAL USE on September 29, 2010, voting 7-0 to recommend approval of the <br />i_� use based on the comments and findings of the staff report prepared for said public hearing; and <br />2o WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the proposed <br />2' cotvDCTtotvAL usE will not result in adverse impacts on the criteria considered in review of <br />�2 requests far CONDITIONAL USE approval; <br />_, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />2= the installation of telecommunication equipment at 2975 Long Lake Road as a Cotv��T1oNAL usE <br />;:; in accordance with Section § 1014.01 of the Roseville City Code, subject to the following <br />-�� conditions: <br />'�; a. Prior to installing equipment, service providers shall submit documentation <br />?� demonstrating that the telecommunication equipment will operate within the <br />��>> technical requirements of the Federal Communications Commission; <br />�, b.3„ <br />�, <br />'� c. <br />External lights (i.e., those not integral to the equipment itsel� shall not be <br />installed on the outdoor equipment; <br />All wiring serving the equipment shall be buried and not aerially suspended; <br />• Page 1 of 3 � <br />
