�� <br />� Document#�9684 <br />Recorded 08101I2011 0800 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />4.1.4 567142A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 11`� day of October 2010 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Johnson; Ihlan; and Klausing; � <br />and Members Pust and Roe were absent: <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.10849 <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CENTRE POINTE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />PERTAINING TO 2890-2920 CENTRE POINTE DRIVE (PF10-02� <br />WHEREAS, the Centre Pointe Planned Unit Development, which was established as a sort of <br />office/business park with limited hospitality uses, was originally approved for one developer in 1985 <br />and substantially expanded through an amendment for subsequent developer 1997; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development has come to comprise several separate properties <br />with as many different owners, rather than a single entity owning the �tire development; and <br />WHEREAS, Schadegg Development LLC owns the property addressed as 2890-2920 Centre <br />Pointe Drive and has requested approval of a daycare use, which has not been allowed within the <br />Planned Unit Development district; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject property within the Planned Unit Development is legally described as: <br />Centre Pointe Business Park part of Lot 1 Block 3 lying S of N 280 feet of said Lot 1 as <br />measured on E line of said Lot 1 and also Lot 2 Block 3 <br />PID 05-29-23-14-0026 .� <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that daycare services are commonly <br />found in support of lazge office developments and that a limited amount of daycare (e.g., perhaps as <br />much as 5% of the overall office floor area within the PUD) is appropriate in the Centre Pointe <br />development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />proposed Planned Unit Development amendment on September 29, 2010, voting 6-0 to recommend <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
