7.0 <br />u <br />• <br />Division recommends approval of the proposed 1tvTER�Nt usE, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />a. Silt fencing surrounding the rubble pile shall be maintained in proper, functioning <br />condition for as long as the pile remains; <br />b. Materials in the pile shall be limited to the existing rubble, generated by the <br />demolition of the former building on the property, and no new rubble shall be <br />added to the pile; and ,! <br />`��` <br />c. This approval shall expire at the end of 6�—e���-1 or upon the complete <br />removal of the rubble material, whichever comes first.
