� <br />� <br />1 12.7 The COLLEGE shall reimburse the CITY for the following expenses: outside <br />2 consultants' time and reasonable city attorney's fees that the CITY incurs in assisting in <br />3 the preparation of any contracts, agreements or permits. The CITY shall make the <br />4 COLLEGE aware of such anticipated costs prior to contracting with the consultant or <br />5 attorney, supplying the COLLEGE with an itemized cost of such expenses. <br />6 <br />13 <br />
