When we were looking for a home, a 2 car aarage was on the "must-have�' <br />list. Well, that requirement ���ent out the windo�4� «°hen ���e fout�d a ��e11 kept, affordable <br />home on Rlameda Street in this nei�hborhaod' <br />We are hoping to upgrade our home to increase the uarage space. The ram6ler <br />remodeling book from the City of Roseville was helpful and provided many ideas. Vl�'e <br />looked the different options, applied them to our site plan, and concluded that there are <br />two ways to achieve aur goal. The first invol�°es rer�loving the existing garage and <br />constructing a driveway along the side of the house to a 2`l� car detached garage in the <br />back yard. The second option is to construct a 2 car garage attached to the front af our <br />home. The second plan also requires a 12 foot front yard setback variance.
