The final design and placement of storm water infrastructure within the <br />parcel must be confirmed and included in the final plan. <br />10.6 Pedestrian connections, as indicated on the Connectivity Plan, shall be further discussed and <br />identified. The Park and Recreation Commission will continue to discuss such connections <br />and/or other amenities and park dedication consistent with State Statutes 462.358 (specifically <br />subd. 2b — Dedication, and subd. 2c — Nexus) and any applicability of § 1103.07 of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br />10.7 Sidewalks and pedestrian paths shall be incorporated into the proposed roadway system. <br />10.8 Additional landscaping will be required throughout the site. Considerations must be given to the <br />area adjacent the park and that area adjacent to an improved Mount Ridge Road and Twin Lakes <br />Parkway as shown. <br />10.9 Right-of-way shall be dedicated for the street and utility infrastructure improvements approved <br />as a part of the Twin Lakes AUAR mitigation strategies and shown in the concept layouts for <br />these improvements included in the Inf�astf•ucture Improvements for the Twin Lakes AUAR AYea <br />Report. <br />10.10 Contributions for the AUAR recommended traffic mitigation measures shall be consistent with <br />the Infrastructure Improvements for the Twin Lakes A UAR Area Report. <br />10.11 Contributions for the public utility extensions necessary to serve this site shall be consistent with <br />the Infrastructure Improvements for the Tivin Lakes A UAR Area Report. <br />Page 12 of l3 <br />
