� <br />September 3, 2009 <br />� � <br />� <br />Dan and Diane Jacobus <br />1717 Innsbruck Parkway <br />Columbia Heights, MN 55421 <br />RE: Administrative Deviation approval <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jacobus, <br />� <br />As you know, your Administrative Deviation request to accommodate the new house and <br />proposed driveway at 2060 Chatsworth Court was reviewed today in a meeting at City Hall. <br />The review committee found that the proposal will not have any adverse impacts on the factors <br />identified for consideration in Section 1013.05 of the City Code as long as the concerns about <br />storm water could be addressed, and consequently recommended approval of the Administrative <br />Deviation allowing the excess impervious coverage on the property with two conditions: <br />• the rain garden shall be installed by June 15, 2010 consistent with the revised plan you <br />submitted in support of your application; and <br />• prior to the installation of the rain garden, a plan for the types, quantities, and <br />arrangement the plant materials to be used in the rain garden shall be submitted for <br />approval by the City Engineer. <br />I concur with the committee's recommendation and have approved the requested Administrative <br />Deviation with the above conditions.
