I had delayed the <br />inspection due to rainfall not allowing the rain garden to dry up. It is now dry. <br />Measurements show it is at least the required design size. The rain garden is at least 4' <br />away from the catch basin and there is a berm between as specified. The seeds have not yet <br />sprouted due to the rainfall since seeding. My inspection show that it is constructed as <br />designed. If you have any questions please let me know. The approved plans are attached for your <br />�rence, and Deb's final comments were that: it is important that the edge of the <br />tructed rain garden is at least 4 feet from the drain and that the rain garden is <br />=ructed in such a way that there is a berm between the drain and the garden, so that it <br />le to infiltrate the required volume of water. <br />e the 7acobus' were running up against their installation deadline, they didn't have <br />� wait for the plant material "plugs", so they told me that they had the appropriate <br />�lanted instead.
