7.2 The City Planner indicated that he received a call from an adjacent property owner <br />concerned about drainage along the west side of the site and indicated to that resident that <br />he would pass on the concern to the Engineering Department. However, there are no <br />improvements being made that will affect existing drainage on the west side of the parcel, <br />leaving little opportunity to include changer to correct any problems. <br />7.3 The Planning Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the request by Rose <br />Hill Alliance Church for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, based on the findings of <br />Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6, adding a condition H related to landscaping and <br />irrigation, of the project report dated February 1, 2006. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />7.4 ADOPT a RESOLUTION APPROVING a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT for Rose <br />Hill Alliance Church, 2105 Roselawn Avenue, based on the findings of Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated February 27, 2006. <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-792-7074) <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plans, and aerial photo. <br />PF3705_ RCA_022706.doc Page 5 of 5 <br />
