In additic�n <br />and in accord with City Code, I am submitting an application, fee and the <br />required exhibits for a Planned Unit Development Concept Pfan for the same <br />property. <br />The submittal consists of: <br />1. Application (petition) to rezone the property to B-6 on the forms prescribed <br />by the City, <br />2. Application for a Concept PUD on the forms prescribed by the City, <br />3. Fee for the rezoning and Concept PUD, <br />4. Narrative providing back ground and answering the questions posed in the <br />applications, <br />5. Site Plan, <br />6. G�ading and Drainage Plan, <br />7. Landscape Plan, <br />8. Building elevations. <br />9. PDF of the Site Plan Grading and Drainage Plan and Landscape Plan <br />We have not submitted a preliminary plat because this is platted property under <br />one ownership and City Code Section 1102.01 requires plating only ifi the we are <br />proposing to "divide any tract of land into two (2) or more lots or parcels".
