Thomas Paschke <br />From: tvarno1 @juno.com <br />Sent: Monday, May 22, 2006 2:23 PM <br />To: Thomas Paschke <br />Subject: Tonight's Council meeting <br />Dear Mr. Paschke, <br />I am writing because I will be unable to attend tonight's council meeting regarding the <br />concrete recycling operation permit. <br />We live on County Road C2 just 3 house east of the lake and are very concerned regarding <br />the impact that this will have (even for the short time stated) on the park and on our <br />quality of life during the recycling. <br />We were at the planning commissions meeting on May 19th and heard the <br />developers arguments and provisions, but feel that the contamination of <br />the materials (which are still unknown but definitely probable, ) noise, <br />dust, and vibration will still be a very bad thing for the neighborhood. <br />Please hear me, we are thankful for the desire to recycle the materials. <br />We just feel that since there is another alternative available that is <br />not in a neighborhood and so close to a park, that the Council should act <br />on behalf of their constituents and protect us. This would build a lot <br />of good will.
