<br />Building Height and Design. Any structure erected on the premises shall be limited to an
<br />overall height of 3 stories (per Section 1005.01 of the Roseville City Code).
<br />7.6 Building Materials. Exterior building materials for any addition/expansion, and/or fa�ade
<br />improvement must be consistent with those required in Section 1010 (Design Standards)
<br />of the Roseville City Code.
<br />7.7 Mitigation of Impact on Adjacent (west) Residential Uses. All ground located air
<br />conditioning units shall be located to the rear of the building and screened from view. All
<br />rooftop HVAC units must be screened from view at the property line. The installation of
<br />sheds or other accessory buildings is prohibited.
