That the parapet cover the mechanical systems. <br />Discussion <br />Staff asked for clarification with respect to the special condition <br />relating to access which pertained to future considerations with <br />respect ta the Steichen's site. <br />Stokes asked as to whether there would be liability regarding the <br />private road. Dahlgren replied that there would be liability <br />concerns, but it would be a private issue. <br />R�11 Call, Ayes: <br />Nays: <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, Moeller, Berry, Maschka, and <br />Johnson. <br />Stokes. <br />Berry moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Shelard Group, Inc. request <br />Special Use Permit for gasoline dispensing be approved at 2�35 Rice <br />Street. <br />Discussion <br />Stokes stated that the additional traffic is inapprogriate, thus <br />he was opposed to the project. <br />Johnson pointed out that highway and road improvements generally <br />follow development. <br />DeBenedet stated that this development is consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan and the respective ordinances. <br />5tokes pointed out again that he is opposed to the increased <br />traffic based on the inherent danger that it would present. <br />
