Extrad Of Minutes Of Meeting Of The City Counål of the City Of Roseville * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 29th day of June, 1999 at 6:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Maschka and the following members were absent: Goedeke, Wall Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 9664 Resolution Extending the Review Period for Seth Eggessa's Request for a variance to the City's minimum lot width requirement and request for a minor subdivision (lot split) at 1992 Cleveland Avenue North, Roseville (PF3118) WHEREAS, Seth Eggessa has requested a variance from Section 1004.02(D) of the City Code to reduce the minimum lot width of two single family residential lots and has requested consideration of action from Section 1l04.04(E) regarding a minor land division, for property located at 1992 Cleveland Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, and WHEREAS, On June 21,1999 the City Staff presented five (5) potential options for the City Council to consider; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council indicated an interest in pursuing an ordinance regulating flag lots; and WHEREAS, City staff has requested a City initiated 60 day extension, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, and due to the time line ofthe initial request having an action deadline of June 29,1999. and, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, the time line for agency review of the application of Seth Eggessa, for a variance from Section 1004.02(D) ofthe City Code to reduce the minimum lot width of two single family residential lots and has requested consideration of action from Section 1l04.04(E) regarding a minor land division, for property located at 1992 Cleveland Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, be extended for 60 days, from June 29, 1999, to August 23, 1999.
