<br />WHEREAS, a work plan and cooperative agreement forms must be completed <br />and signed by the City of Roseville to receive the grant funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has the institutional, managerial and financial <br />capabilities to ensure adequate project administration. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized to execute all documents, on behalf of the City of Roseville, pertaining to the <br />US Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield Assessment Demonstration Pilot. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mastel, <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Wall <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Q:\Grants\EP A GRANT REQ\EP A Grant Acceptance Resolution.doc <br />
