EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular '. session at the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of July, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and Wall and the following members were absent: Maschka. Councilperson Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9666 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASmILITY REPORTS AND SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR CITY PROJECT 98-11: DALE STREETIROSELAWN AVENUE PATHWAYS WHEREAS, on November 23, 1998, the City Council directed staff to accelerate the implementation of the federally funded Dale Street/Roselawn Avenue Pathway project in order to take advantage of the guaranteed 80% federal construction funding, and WHEREAS, a feasibility report, in the form of a Project Memorandum and Supplemental Feasibility Report, has been prepared and delivered to the City Council, and WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City ofRoseville as follows: 1. The feasibility report for the Dale Street/Roselawn Avenue Pathway is received by the City Council. 2. That the Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 26, 1999 at 7: 15 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Focus, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing.
