<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular <br />'. session at the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of July, 1999, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke and Wall and the following <br />members were absent: Maschka. <br /> <br />Councilperson Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9666 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASmILITY REPORTS <br />AND SCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR <br />CITY PROJECT 98-11: DALE STREETIROSELAWN AVENUE PATHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 23, 1998, the City Council directed staff to accelerate the <br />implementation of the federally funded Dale Street/Roselawn Avenue Pathway project in order to <br />take advantage of the guaranteed 80% federal construction funding, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report, in the form of a Project Memorandum and Supplemental <br />Feasibility Report, has been prepared and delivered to the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost-effective, and feasible, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City ofRoseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. The feasibility report for the Dale Street/Roselawn Avenue Pathway is received by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />2. That the Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on July <br />26, 1999 at 7: 15 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, <br />Focus, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less <br />than three days before the date of the hearing. <br />
