Dwelling, Multiple. <br />A residential building, or portion thereof, designed for occupancy by two (2) or more families <br />living independently of each other. <br />I 1. Dwelling, One-Family. <br />A detached building designed exclusively for occupancy by one (1) family. <br />12. Dwelling, Two-Family. <br />A detached building designed exclusively for occupancy by two (2) families living <br />independently of each other. <br />13. Dwelling Unit. <br />A single unit providing complete independent living facilities for one (1) person including <br />�,.1 permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation. <br />14. Easily Cleanable. <br />Readily accessible and of such material and finish, and so fabricated and placed that residue <br />which may accumulate can be completely removed by normal cleaning methods. <br />15. Electrical System. <br />Any and all methods oftransmitting electricity to and within any dwelling or dwelling unit. <br />I 6.
