Additional Required Information: <br />A. Narrative: A written narrative must be prepared in support of an application <br />for a conditional use permit. Tke narrative must fully describe the proposed <br />development, with particular attention to any modifications and limitations of <br />the use that have been made to insure its compatibilifiy with surrounding uses, <br />the purpose and intent of the zoning ordinance, and tke Comprehensive Plan. <br />Speedway SuperAmerica, LLC is performing an exterior upgrade at this <br />site to bring our image up to current company standards. Part of that standard <br />image is to display "SUPERAMERICA" on the canopy in individually lighted <br />channel letters, preferably on two elevations. At this particular location <br />Speedway SuperAmerica, LLC would like to install two sets of 25" illuminated <br />channel letters on the canopy, one on the North elevation and the other on the <br />East elevation. <br />We feel that these letters will allow potential customers to identify our <br />location before they drive by it. We also feel that allowing us to display signs on <br />our canopy would not be going against the intent of the zoning ordinance as it <br />will not bring us over our total allowable signage for this site. <br />Existing Signage Detail: <br />-� A- Building Sign - SA SuperAmerica - This sign just got approved to be <br />replaced with a sign that says "SuperAmerica" measuring 20'6" x 26". <br />B- Building Sign - Always Fresh Coffee with readerboard - 4' x 6' <br />C- Car Wash Building Sign - SA Speedy Wash - 20'0" x 2'3" <br />D- Directional Sign - Exit Only - 34" x 21" <br />E- Directional Sign - Car Wash with Arrow - 34" x 21" <br />F- Monument Sign -12' x 8' <br />
