��1� <br />�� <br />Commu ty Development Department <br />G51-792-7005 ♦ fax:G51-792-7070 <br />March 22, 2006 <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, March 30th, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in <br />the Roseville City Hall Aspen Room — adjacent to the Community Development <br />Department. <br />Ginnie MacKinzie, 1137 Ryan Avenue, Roseville, seeks approval of a 3-foot FRONT YARD <br />SETBACK PERMIT to extend the front door entrance over the existing cement stoop. The <br />prevailing setback is approximately 33 feet, and the proposed new entrance would encroach into <br />the setback by about 3 feet. <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and/or at the above mentioned meeting. Should you have any comments or <br />questions about this particular Setback Permit application, we would encourage you to attend the <br />DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, March 30tb, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in the Aspen <br />Room.
