� YZ ' . <br />� T <br />11 July 2006 <br />RacheI Jenner <br />476 Judith Avenue <br />Roseville_ �VI�t 5� 113 <br />RE: Front Yard Setback Peimit approval for 476 Judith Avenue <br />Dear Ms. Jenner, <br />On Thursday, July 6`�', 2006. the Roseville Development Revie�r° Committee reviewed and <br />recommended approval of a FRONT YARD SETBACK PERMIT to construct an 18-foot by <br />30-foot li��ing area addition which will encroach 6 feet into the required front yard setback. <br />Comments Regardin� Issues at Hand: The applicants reviewed their plans ���ith the immediate <br />neighbors (two on both sides of their property and three across the street), all of ��hich signed <br />prepared statements that they have no objections to the approval of the requested setback permit. <br />Development Revie�v Committee Recommendatian: The Setback Pennit Review Committee <br />attendees (Bryan Lloyd and Jamie Radel), and other Committee members not in attendance, <br />found that the proposal does satisfy more than eiaht of the twelve applicable criteria for <br />approving a Setback Permit as listed in Section 1013.05 of the City Code.
