8. The porch slab and the property cannot be put to a reasonable use if used under the <br />conditions perrnitted by the ordinance. <br />9. Ifgranted, the variance will not impact the health, safety, or general weljare ojthe <br />community. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the following variances to allow the <br />replacement of a 25 foot by 11.5 foot (307 sq. ft.) four-season porch at the same location on t6e <br />existing concrete slab at 382 North McCarrons Boulevard (PID # 132923240020) be approved: <br />Section 1016.22A1(Non-Confomriries) allowing a 52 foot variance to the 100 foot wide <br />required lot width for the a per-existing non-conforming 48 foot wide parcel; and <br />Section 1616.16 (Structure Design Standards) allowing a 42 foot variance to the 75 foot <br />principal structure setback from the ordinary high watermark (OIiV� of Lake <br />McCazrons; and <br />Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appeazances and Height, Frontage, Yard <br />and Lot Area Requirements in R-1 Districts) allowing a 2.3 foot variance to the 5 foot <br />required principal structure side yud setback; <br />'fhe motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn, Masctilca, Mastel, and Wiski; <br />and the following voted against the same: Goedeke <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />4 <br />
