Hatfield <br />RE: Roselawn Avenue Reconstruction Project <br />Non-conforming driveway. <br />The house, garage and driveway at 1433 W. Roselawn were built in 1941 according to the Code <br />of the City of Roseville at that time. Since then the City of Roseville has changed its Code <br />requirements. The present City Code 703.04 B.9 states: "Driveways on Private Property: <br />Residential driveways, shall be constructed so that the edge of the driveway nearest to the side <br />lot line shall be a minimum of five feet (5) from the side lot line." <br />To reconstruct the present driveway to be within five feet of the side lot line would require <br />destroying the present driveway completely and leaving no access to the garage in the back yard. <br />. � <br />� � <br />Kathrine L.
