The current site plan does not show any storm water rate control or water quality treatment. They will need to
meet the City of Roseville water quality treatment requirements for the runoff from the site. First, the rate at which
the water runs off the site after redevelopment cannot be greater than the rate that it leaves the site pre-
redevelopment. Second, the water must be treated to remove 60% phosphorus and 90% suspended solids.
2. They will need to get a Capitol Region Watershed District permit.
Let me know if they have any questions.
City of Roseville
Debra M. May 2nd. The auto parts store is a permitted use in that location, and the
applicant is putting the proposal before the DRC to work out the potential kinks that might otherwise delay
the project further down the pike.
The proposal is designated as planning file 3753.
Bryan Lloyd
Associate City Planner
5/1 /2006
