In case you haven't already spoken with these neighbors about your plans, we encourage applicants to do so. If we receive letters, phone calls, or emails from all of these households in support of your proposal, the required 10- day appeal period following the decision of the Development Review Committee (DRC) will be eliminated; if the DRC approves the setback permit, the building inspector may then issue the building permit as soon as the building permit application has been approved. You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review Committee's Setback Permit Hearing on Thursday, May ll�h, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in the Roseville City Hall Aspen Room — adjacent to the Community Development Department. Bernice Sassen,1011 Ryan Avenue West, seeks approval of a 3-foot SIDE YARD SETBACK PERMIT to expand the right (east) side of her driveway to provide a parking space that won't obstruct access to the garage. The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the proposal in writing and/or at the above mentioned meeting. Should you have any comments or questions about this particular Setback Permit application, we would encourage you to attend the DRC's Administrative Hearing on Thursday, May l lth, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in the Aspen Room.
