� <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 12`h day of July, 2006, at 5:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Members Boerigter and Doherty and Alternate <br />Member Roe <br />AlternateVariance Board Member Roe introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 37 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1104 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY <br />CODE FOR JAMES DUNNE,1884 HURON AVENUE (PF3769) <br />WHEREAS, James Dunne has requested VARIANCES to § 1104 (Residential Districts) <br />of the Roseville City Code to allow for the construction of a living area addition on the rear of <br />the home, the construction of a new detached two-car garage behind the residence, and the <br />consequent construction of the driveway; and <br />WHEREAS, this property is addressed as 1884 Huron Avenue, and legally described as: <br />THE EAST 612 FEET OF THE WEST 880 FEET OF THE SOUTH 247.5 FEET OF THE <br />NORTH 618.75 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST <br />QUARTER OF TOWNSHIP 29 NORTH, RANGE 23 WEST, SECTION 15 <br />PIN:15-29-23-42-0058 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.016 requires a minimum side yard setback of 5 feet for <br />driveways and parking areas; and <br />WHEREAS, James Dunne seeks to improve his property such that a driveway would be <br />paved 3 feet closer to the side lot line than the Code allows; and <br />1—� <br />
