617 S Owasso Bivd <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Variance Request Supplemental Narrative <br />No on street parking is being provided on the west end of South Owasso Blvd as road reconstruction <br />nears completion. The project design and road reconstruction has eliminated the option of overflow <br />parking on the south side of the road. <br />With our family of drivers this creates a hardship in providing adequate parking and allowing access to <br />vehicles. We are requesting permission to widen our driveway to 27.5' wide to allow for parking of <br />additional vehicles. We are seeking approval to widen our driveway to 27.5', only 1.5' wider than <br />standard. This would bring the east side of driveway to within 3.5' of the property line. <br />
