l�� <br />� � <br />2 August 2006 <br />Ric Cox <br />2045 Lauren Rd. <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />RE: Front Yard Setback Permit approval for 2207 County Road B <br />Dear Mr. Cox, <br />On Thursday, July 20`h, 2006, the Roseville Development Review Committee reviewed and <br />recommended approval of a FRONT YARD SETBACK PERMIT to construct a carport on the <br />front of the garage extending up to 8 feet into the required front yard setback at 2207 County <br />Road B. <br />Comments Regardin� Issues at Hand: No correspondence was received from the adjacent <br />property owners either in support of, or with objections to, the approval of the requested setback <br />permit. <br />Development Review Committee Recommendation: The Setback Permit Review Committee <br />(Deb Bloom, Jeff Evenson, Dean Findell, Bryan Lloyd, Don Munson, Thomas Paschke, Jamie <br />Radel, and John Stark) found that the proposal does satisfy more than eight of the twelve <br />applicable criteria for approving a Setback Permit as listed in Section 1013.05 of the City Code. <br />The DRC therefore recommended issuance of the Setback Permit, with no additional conditions. <br />Department Director Decision: I concur with the recommendations of the DRC to issue the <br />Setback Permit and, as allowed for in Section 1013.05 of the City Code, make the DRC <br />recommendations a condition of approval. <br />Because none of the immediate neighbors appealed the DRC recommendation to approve the <br />Setback Permit, a building permit may be issued pursuant to approval of the building plans by <br />the Building Officials. <br />Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to call me at 651-792-7071. <br />Sincerely, <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />John Stark <br />Community Development Department Director <br />City of Roseville Community Development Department <br />2660 Civic Center Drive : Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />651-792-ROSE ❖ TDD 651-792-7399 : www.ci.roseville.mn.us <br />
