CITY of ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the ROSEVILLE VARIANCE BOARD will hold a regular meeting in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. to consider the following public hearings: PLANNING FILE 3783: Request by CroiY Oil Company for a VARIANCE to Section 1009 (Sign Regulations) of the City Code to allow the replacement of the e�sting pylon signs in non- conforining locarions at two business locarions. Location One: 3110 Cleveland Avenue North, which property is legally described as: Lot 1, except the east 43.0 feet, and the north 15.0 feet of Lot 2, except the east 43.0 feet, Block 1 Rochat's Addition PIN: 04-29-23-22-0001 Locarion Two: 2151 Dale Street North, which property is generally described as: That part of the north 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 14; thence west along the north line thereof a distance of 210 feet; thence at a right angle south a distance of 225 feet; thence at a right angle east a distance od 210 feet to the east line thereof; thence at a right angle north along the east line thereof a distance of 225 feet to the point of beginning.
